On Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025, the U.S. Senate confirmed four TVA Board of Directors nominees. The Board nominees will be sworn in as TVA Board members in the coming weeks.
We are excited to welcome Art Graham, Mitch Graves, Jeff Hagood and Randy Jones to the Tennessee Valley Authority Board of Directors. The TVA Board is charged with providing strategic direction for TVA, and each of these leaders brings unique and valuable experience at a time our region is seeing a rapid increase in demand for electricity.
TVA Board members are appointed by the President of the United States and confirmed by the U.S. Senate.
TVA looks forward to working with our new Board members and appreciates their willingness to serve the people of the Valley region.
