Responsibilities:
Prepares and signs audit plan and checklist.
Performs limited scope audit of Central Laboratories Services QA functions where CLS is not independent to audit themselves.
Notifies management/supplier when significant issues are found during an audit.
Prepares and issues audit report.
Total scope approximately 40 hours.
Qualifications:
Certified as an ANSI N45.2 Audit Team Lead (ATL) within the past three years.
